- put 5 grams (1 bag) of powder into the provided shaker cup.
- add 250 ml (8.45 fl.oz) of water
- shake until the powder is dissolved
- wait 5 minutes until the gel has thickened

...and there you have your own odourless and tasteless massage gel that is ready for you for 48 hours.

Tip:
With the added amount of water you can control the consistency according to your preferences. Less water results in a slightly thicker gel, which is particularly suitable for anal intercourse.
The more water you add, the more runny the mixture will be. For massages it works better as a more liquid oil.
